I live in Minneapolis and love it here, there is so much going on in general. Check out the Textile Center on University Ave. between Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Heart of the Beast is a community puppet theater on Lake Street in south Minneapolis that is currently running workshops to prepare for its annual may day parade. Hundreds of people of all sorts gather to make puppets and masks out of cardboard and papier mache, take a half hour to stop in if you have a chance, the creativity and energy are amazing. Have a great visit.
