I can so identify with this! I inherited my fiber addiction from my mom and it is always a challenge to keep under control!

At least my closets are more spacious after the big purge! I’m so delighted that you’re keeping some of the fabrics I brought up. It feels like a little bit of family history moved up to your house.

And I would have gotten more done on the papers if I could have stopped reading everything I touched. Reading those love letters from Dad to Mom made my entire trip. With the advent of electronic and telephone communication, love letters are likely a lost art. That’s very sad, and I am so grateful that we still have those ones.

I just bought a second hand chest of drawers which I started to paint but had to stop due to the bad weather (It’s on the back deck). I needed it because I keep nuying fabric and supplies and had to find a new place to put it all. So my doll making has been scarce this week but I plan to make uo for it in a few days. Sometimes you just need to get other things done first. Looks like you are in that situation. I love the fabrics, in particular the rabbit print. The bird one is nice but I dont care for those colors either..maybe that will need a dye job:)

I totally love that bird fabric, the colours are great, I don’t understand why you don’t like the colours! If you don’t know what to do with it, I would hehe!

Sometimes there can be too much of a good thing. Good idea to give it to the School of Fashion and Design of Boston. I have fond memories of buying Liberty of London fabric on one of my trips to London.
