I’ve got a few more of these bird babies on the work table. I love working with the colors.
I am not rushing to get these into my Etsy shop right now. I will be at the South End Holiday Market on Dec. 11 and 12 and am trying to build my inventory for that.

I’ve been admiring your artwork for the past year. I stumbled upon your site by accident while randomly searching for art inspiration. The first site I found was monstermunch.com, then some how I wound on at the Purl Bee, and then of course saw your work. Your work is inspiring! Do you think it’s too late for a 49 year single mother of three teenagers to improve her sewing skills? Hopefully my graphic design background will aid in creativity. I see you use a Bernina sewing machine. Would you recommend the 1008 for a beginner? I’m out here in wine country Northern California. Have you ever taught classes out here before?
