{"id":803,"date":"2008-03-04T10:08:07","date_gmt":"2008-03-04T15:08:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mimikirchner.com\/blog\/archives\/2008\/03\/a-bit-cranky\/"},"modified":"2008-03-04T10:08:07","modified_gmt":"2008-03-04T15:08:07","slug":"a-bit-cranky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimikirchner.com\/blog\/archives\/2008\/03\/a-bit-cranky\/","title":{"rendered":"a bit cranky&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am in a funk.\u00c2\u00a0 I did my taxes over the weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 Every single year I have the same experience- I add it up, do the subtraction and think- why am I doing this art thing?\u00c2\u00a0 I know perfectly well that it&#8217;s not for the money, but still-\u00c2\u00a0 It is so depressing.\u00c2\u00a0 And I know I will wallow in\u00c2\u00a0 self-doubt and criticism for a few days, and then I&#8217;ll get over it and get back to work.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m just not there yet.<\/p>\n<p>Have you seen <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/screaminglulu.typepad.com\/screaming_lulu\/2008\/03\/film.html\">this post<\/a> on <a href=\"http:\/\/screaminglulu.typepad.com\/screaming_lulu\/\">Screaming Lulu<\/a>? I feel like this all the time.<\/p>\n<p>And I agree with a lot of what this Crabby Old Lady<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.timegoesby.net\/weblog\/2008\/02\/blog-and-intern.html\"> has to say<\/a>.  Good advise for making your blog user-friendly.
