Here is a photo of the face before I washed off the fabric marking pen. I changed the eyes after I took the photo…

Wow! I love the toile! My son turns 40 this year and he and his wife also have a lot of tatoos- I was making a quilt for the occasion but now I will start over and look for some of that toile- it would be perfect for it.
