getting ready for the show on Sunday- 3 more pincushions.

Snow scene. I was trying to make a winter tree with the blue background- does it work? or does it look like a tree with blue leaves?

Little white house-

And a yellow house with a woody lot-

I like the tree- it definitely looks like a bare winter tree. A little chimney with a puff of wool for smoke would be cute too. I just love these these “little worlds”.

Oh my gosh,
You have made worlds in a cup! The tree definitely works! We had same pattern on our dishes when I was a kid. Absolutely wonderful! Thank You for sharing.

Mimi!
Your pincushions are adorable, charming and very original. Love the little houses! I’m glad to have finally found your blog. I’ve admired your dolls for some time now. I’m going to add a link to your blog from my blog at ninamasondolls.blogspot.com.
Keep creating!

these are really fabulous. I would love to know how you figure out where to stitch everything so that it fits the cup so well when stuffed! But, I suppose that is a trade secret:)
Great work.

I know you’re crazy busy — but can you tell me how much you’re asking for your teacup pincushions? I love them and collect antique pincushions (and teacups). If I can afford it, I’d love to add one to my collection. They’re very special!

Love love love the snow scene. I like the blue tree but I thought if you maybe added just a few tiny French knots to it, it would look more snowy…
Thanks for sharing your wonderful work with all of us!

Mimi : I went over to Marshalls the other day and found a little pink Tea Pot and Cut that sit in one another, thought of your pin cushions and then realized I had thrown one of Norms old sweaters in the good will bag, Brain storm! Yanked out that sweater, from the bag, and will try one of your pincushions for myself out of that cute little teapot with no lid ! Colors will be perfect together ! Wish me luck, just hope it turns out 1/2 as nice as yours.
