I got this fabric years ago and uncovered it when I was clearing out/packing up my old studio. It needed to be a circus fellow- A Strongman? A Ring Master? An Elephant tamer? A fully inked Tattooed Man?

Look at all those elephants! He has all the rest of the circus on his arms and back.
