I found some more Heather Ross fish fabric in my stash. This piece is a different colorway then what I used on this kitty.
I found some cashmere in my stash to go with the colors in the fabric. I bet you can guess that I have a BIG stash of old cashmere sweaters.
I felt that this was a color challenge- not my typical choice and as a result, kind of exciting!
The coat makes me think of Mary Poppins. I’m not really sure why.
oh, she’s really lovely … her little sweater is so cute and matches her skirt perfectly!
Adorable!
I love her white paws!
Perhaps it reminds you of Mary Poppins because of a coat she had that flared out about the hips. Regardless, like Mary, she’s practically perfect in every way.
Not only do I want that kitty, I want you to make me that exact outfit in my size! You are seriously killing me with the kitties!

Again, so cute. So, do you cut up old sweaters and sew them back together? How do you keep them from unraveling?
she is a black, magic beauty. First I thought the pink was her underwear, but I see it is a scarf. Maybe she does not need underwear?
That’s the Sonya kitty. That mustard is one of my favorite colors and I don’t know how many times I’ve paired sweaters in that color with a pink scarf. Is it odd that I see myself in your cat? Hmmmm.
So sweet!
I love that sweater – will you make me one – in cashmere, too? The kitties you are showing this week have been wonderful.
This is the sweetest kitty and her clothing colors are awesome!
I love her! She is adoreable – sweater and all! I really love your work.
