I am leaving for a weekend in NYC tomorrow. I am SO excited to be part of the first Sweet Paul Makerie Retreat. I am teaching 3 owl classes so this week has been very busy and very owl focused.
I’ve been spending a bunch of time working on some clothes too. That’s what I do when I have to leave the house and be sociable. I’ll post about that next week when I’m back.

I am still finishing up tattooed men that were sewed up last year. It is nice to have things waiting for me. But soon I hope to cut out and dye a fresh batch.

She has silk bows and flowers in her hair.
And here you can see her figure-
A silk sash and bow in the back.
And I made her a boa out of the dotted net fabric.

I had fun playing with her hair design- embroidered waves and a curl.
I’m quite sure she is a twenties girl but that might be because I was listening to a Phryne Fisher Mystery while I was working on her.
I will post one more tomorrow and then all the available ones will go into my Etsy shop.

It might be hard to see, but her shorts are dark red patterned cotton.
It was nice and warm here today- in the 50’s. But, not Spring yet!

It’s been a challenge to run outside and photograph these ladies with all the wet weather we’ve been having. What a crazy snowy, rainy, messy week!
