Wow, 2 posts in one day! ‘Tis the season.
I haven’t made a kilted fellow in a long time and I wanted to make one before the end of the year.

The most pirate-y thing about him is his boots. He has a wind-blown beard. Action!

I am trying to get a few more pieces finished up and in the shop before Christmas.
This fellow is decidedly not winter-y. I felt sorry for him when I took him outside into the frigid air for his photos. This is some amazing toile that I bought out in Portland (Oregon) last summer- fun fabric-shopping memories!
I was in the mood to embroider a mustache. He has a forelock curl which you can hopefully sort of see.
I would usually wait until I have a few fellows but since time is tight, I will list him into my Etsy shop tonight.

Tattooed lady 3 for December- another tutu.
I have been having fun trying out hair-dos. I started from some of the embroidered hair I’d done on the fellows. Then I added more, like I’d done with this pirate lady.
And then even more. I kept adding “locks” and rearranging them until here they are-
I lightened up the above photo so you can see the three sections that I added on.
