He has the Statue of Liberty on his chest.
And the Empire State Building on one arm. The other arm has some industrial bridge imagery but I am not sure what/where it is.

How do you like that leafy beard! It is perfect for a lumberjack, isn’t it.
Another of the antique, one-hole buttons.
I am not listing any of these fellows into my Etsy shop because I am frantically getting ready for my first show of 2022. I will be at the Paradise City Arts Festival in Marlborough, MA from March 18- 20. After the show I will do an update to the shop. In the meantime, I am trying to get as much finished as possible!
Another big and burly fellow, this one with red hair. Here he is with his hat on-
and off-
He has trees and pastoral ladies for his tattoos.
And an antique one-hole button. I love these old buttons!
I love these swan tattoos and his arms with trees. He also gets a moose button.
Here he is without his hat.
It was 65 degrees F today and I saw these in the yard!
And then, we are suppose to get 8 – 12 inches of snow on Friday. Ah, New England!
Such a handsome fellow!
I found these vintage moose buttons online and I’ve been saving them for some lumberjacks. He’s got godess tattoos.
And here is his hair.
I’m pretending that he cut down the Christmas tree… don’t ask why there is still a Christmas tree available as a prop 😂
Yesterday I went to one of my favorite places to get a quick tropical vacation- Logee’s. Since I needed to photograph my greenman, I decided to bring him to the greenest place I know of in February.
This is #2, the newer one-
And here are the rest of his photos-
This is what followed us home from Logee’s :-) I am setting up an IKEA cabinet greenhouse (check them out! https://www.instagram.com/ikeagreenhousecabinet) and hoping to be able to keep these begonias alive. The plants and the cabinet have been a huge distraction- I am obsessed! I will post photos when it is all set up.
I am noticing that the days are getting longer. Spring will come eventually!
I had to try one of the merman beards on him.
And another special button.
There is a lot of action in this toile!
There is a big stag, hounds, and hunters.
On the back, there is a boar.
I embroidered his belt with variegated ferns and he has a vintage hunting button.
This farmer has a vintage corn button on his belt, and barbed wire printed pants. Sometimes I find just the perfect supplies!
All the vegetables! And his boots with their decorative laces.
The gray one was the very last. That gray owl was inspired by my neighbor at the Paradise City Art Festivals I did last fall: Joe Oliverio is a bird photographer and I especially loved his owl photos. I bought some cards from him and they’ve been inspiring me.
And here are all 12 owls, waiting to get their tags and get listed into my etsy shop. That will be tomorrow’s job.
