I ran out of time to post all the doll before the show last weekend. I was sewing and finishing, right up to the last minute.
Her skirt is made from Laura Ashley fabric that I am sure I have had since the 70’s.
What a sweet face!
A wool sweater, little purse, and a tin cicada pin. Pretty fancy!
I have loads of new pieces to list into my etsy shop this week- kitties, fax girls, fish, and owls. I better get to work!
We are coming to the deadline here… tomorrow we start packing the van. I’ve got more to post though so there will be more dolls, even when I am at the show!
I am sewing sewing sewing like a mad woman- Having a deadline is very inspiring! Just a few more days until I pack up a van and head out to Northampton.
He is a dapper fellow with a very dark navy cashmere sweater, a striped jacket, and a messenger bag.
You might notice that I have gotten into cats having fish for their lunch!
This is the last cat for now. I am frantically making this for Paradise City Arts Festival this coming weekend. On to the next thing!
It’s a fisher cat. Well, not that kind of fisher cat 🤣
He has had a very successful day of fishing- look at all those fish in his bag!
He also has a cashmere sweater and a vest with lots of pockets.
She is also out shopping but she has chosen different items then the other shopping kitty. Here are all the items in her basket-
This kitty has just finished up at the Farmers Market.
I just love this bird fabric!
She has some vintage fruits, veg, and flowers in her basket, all of which were hat decorations in a long-ago very different life.
A white kitty with blue eyes: such a pretty girl! She has a peach cashmere sweater and a dress made from vintage Liberty lawn.
This is a photo of my booth in Northampton from last October. I will be back for the Memorial Day Paradise City Arts Festival! That is May 28, 29, and 30, 2022. All the info is on their website but here is a link to get a discount on the entry tickets. I would love to see you there!
