6:9:dog2b6:9:dog2c6:9:dog2d6:9:dog2eI love the size difference of these 2 dogs- same exact pattern, 2 completely different looks, just because of the materials. White dog is made out of knits which often still have stretch even when they’ve been felted. Doggie in plaid is made of wovens and those fabrics have less stretch (usually). Many different looks, all from one simple pattern.

I am going to teach a Tiny World class when I am out in San Francisco for the Renegade Craft Market. Thanks to everyone who responded to my enquiry.

The class will be on Friday, July 26, 10 am to 4 pm. All materials will be included except your teacup. The cost is $85. The class will be held at Sonya Philip‘s studio in San Francisco and is limited to 8 people. I have loved teaching this class and seeing what people create. I’ve also seen some wonderful groups of friends or mother/daughter pairs take the class together. This class is accessible to anyone who can thread a needle and likes details!

I now have a class in San Francisco and one in New Hampshire. I am also working on scheduling 2 more classes for the fall in New England. This is turning into my year of teaching!

teaching in San Francisco?

tiny worldsI will be in San Francisco again this summer for the Renegade Craft Market on July 27 and 28. I am thinking about teaching a Tiny World class while I’m there. It would be either before (Thurs 7/25 or Fri 7/26) or after the show (Tues 7/30). Is anyone interested?

Details- it is a 6 hour workshop, 8 people max, cost will be approx. $75. I am trying to gauge interest before I buy my plane tickets.

And, don’t forget I will be at the Art Retreat just a few weeks later. I’m filling up my teaching schedule!
